Making the switch from disposable products to reusable products is easier than you think and can help you save a ton of money. Even better, you can make these reusable products right at home for next to nothing and continue to save, day after day.

All you need to do is attach velcro to the ends of the rags, piece them together and then roll them up around your already existing paper towel holder. Use the cloth towels and then wash them afterward – don’t dispose of them!
Cleaning wipes are such a convenience that it’s one thing I just didn’t want to give up. Unfortunately, they are very expensive to buy week after week. The better option is to stop buying them and make your own with this very simple recipe.

Mix 1 cup of water, 2 tablespoons of white vinegar and a ½ tablespoon of dishwashing soap. Place your rags into the container and pour the liquid over them. You can add a few drops of essential oil if you want to add a favorite scent!
